APPEAL HIGHLIGHTS | (2020)
Each year BC homeowners receive their annual assessment notice on January 1st for the value determined on July 1st of the previous year. Property owners have until January 30th to file an appeal, which if successful, is applied as an amendment to the tax roll for April 30th.
