Team Profiles

Jeff started with Landcor as a client during his 15 year career in the Credit Union system and now after nearly 5 years, finds himself on the other side of the data surrounded by a great team serving amazing clients.  He is a big proponent for ensuring that at all times, clients are receiving value for their investment in the Landcor experience and is always seeking input from clients on how as a team, Landcor can continue to deliver a high degree of service. 

Outside of work, Jeff spends as much time in the rain as possible watching his kids train and play soccer throughout the lower mainland – sometimes even relishing those rare days when it snows!  When not at soccer, Jeff is constantly trying to impress his wife with basic cooking and resisting the temptation to ruin the laundry.

Venkatesh Yandapalli  joined Landcor as the IT Lead in May 2023.  He has worked in 4 different countries and attended the University of Texas. Venkatesh brings more than 12 years’ experience to Landcor working previously with companies such as Starbucks, Microsoft and Signant Health.

He is highly skilled in diverse facets of .NET development, encompassing analysis, design, development, and execution of business applications. In his spare time, when not spending it with his young family, enjoys hiking & biking and being in the mountains.

Venkatesh is an integral part of the leadership team. 

Robert is a seasoned and well-honed accounting professional having worked with different companies in different industries.  He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified General Accountant (CGA), and holds the degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Accounting.

Robert’s successes in his assignments as the Controller with the different companies he worked with resulted from the combination of the technical skills and management experiences that he gained progressively from each of his previous employers. 

As a results-driven and self-motivated Software Developer, Ramya brings extensive experience in automating workflows, rebranding web applications, and architecting scalable, user-friendly solutions that drive real business value. She specializes in the full software development lifecycle – from requirements gathering and functional analysis to architecture design, development, and deployment. She brings a proven ability to deliver high-performance applications, focusing on system efficiency and user experience through modern technologies and best practices – delivering direct benefits to Landcor’s clients.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, watching movies, and occasionally playing badminton in her free time.

Bradina joined Landcor with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, including serving as a top mortgage lender for multiple years and leading high-performing teams in both personal banking and wealth management within the credit union sector. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to delivering superior customer experience and inspiring and engaging leadership, all while having a few good laughs. She thrives on being part of a driven team, building trusting, long-lasting relationships, and contributing to the business growth of the partners we work with. It is an exciting time to be part of the data solutions world, and she’s here to support our clients and ensure we continue to add value.

Outside of work, Bradina enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenagers, who are always doing something and usually need a ride. From cheering on her son in club volleyball to watching her daughter perform in the school play or choir, she keeps herself quite busy. Aside from her family, she loves music and podcasts, especially when out for a walk, and is an avid sports fan who can often be seen “quietly” yelling at the TV while watching her favorite NFL, MLB, or NHL team.

Michelle brings to the team over 15 years of account management and client facing experiences. She has worked in different industries including financial tech, payment solutions and real estate marketing. She is excited to join Landcor’s team to continue creating positive client experiences.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys decorating and planning different social events. When she’s not doing that, she’s spending time with Cookie, a corgi, at the park.

Ian Yip joined Landcor as a Data Engineer in April 2024. His previous experience was in financial services where he worked on a number of data and analytics projects. While being a graduate student, Ian was involved in research projects regarding speech recognition.

In his spare time, Ian enjoys biking outdoors, photography and cheering on the Canucks.

After graduating with a BS Management Accounting degree in 2009, Rogelio began his career in the banking industry and worked there for 3 years. He moved to Saudi Arabia in 2012 seeking better career opportunities for himself. Rogelio worked for 10+ years in a Family Office where he was directly responsible for handling the office of the Managing Partner, in the role of General Accountant and Executive Assistant.

Over the past several years, Rogelio has continued with the best practices in office administration and maintained accurate reporting of Financial Statements using various types of ERP Software.

Very recently, Rogelio and his young family have moved to Canada.
