The Appraiser Professional is a unique web-based tool accessible only to appraisers. With an easy-to-use search function, appraisers are able to view detailed property information (including history of assessed values), comparables and recent sales.
The Appraiser Professional’s flexible search function allows you to search for a single property or multiple properties based on your specified criteria. The website has information on all 2+ million properties in BC and is updated weekly with new fee simple sales data from BC Assessment and the Land Title Office. Sales data includes ‘For Sale By Owner’ (FSBO) properties which are not reported on MLS. In addition to detailed property and sales information, the Appraiser Professional also provides a home estimated value range for each property.
